Quality & Responsibility

We advocate for a healthy, compliant, and fair competitive environment and upholding these principles through our own actions. We strive to advance meaningful scientific progress that contributes to better health outcomes worldwide.

Our Six Principles

Research Integrity: Making Findings Reproducible

We clearly distinguish among publicly available research, internally validated findings, ongoing studies, and completed research, with clear standards governing how each is communicated. All scientific data shared externally can be traced to its original publication, study protocol, or underlying data source.

Quality & Supply Chain: End-to-End Traceability for Every Batch

In line with the requirements of our target markets, we have established an integrated quality framework spanning supplier audits, raw material specifications, process validation, finished product release, stability studies, and batch traceability. By integrating GMP manufacturing resources in Switzerland and the United States, we apply quality management throughout the product lifecycle—from raw material selection and manufacturing to final delivery. Quality is not determined by a single inspection, but supported by a systematic, auditable framework at every stage.

Data & Privacy: Protecting Every User’s Data

We are guided by four fundamental principles: purpose limitation, data minimization, access control, and legal compliance. These principles underpin our efforts to safeguard personal information and research data. In cross-border research collaborations and industry partnerships, we adhere to the applicable legal requirements in both the jurisdictions where data originates and where it is used.

Scientific Communication: Transparency in Evidence and Uncertainty

When communicating experimental findings, we provide the relevant sources, study populations, levels of evidence, and known uncertainties. As new evidence emerges or existing conclusions require revision, we update our statements promptly to reflect the latest available evidence.

Responsible AI: Transparency, Accountability, and Human Oversight

AI-generated analyses and recommendations are provided solely for research support and informational purposes and should not be used for automated assessments or other decisions. Key conclusions must be reviewed and validated by appropriately qualified professionals prior to use.

Partner Governance, Environmental Responsibility & Equitable Access to Health

We establish clear expectations for our partnerships through contracts, quality agreements, defined milestones, intellectual property provisions, and conflict-of-interest disclosures. We work with suppliers and research partners who share our commitment to high standards. Across our facilities and daily operations, we continually seek to use resources more efficiently and reduce our environmental footprint. We are equally committed to making the benefits of scientific progress more accessible. Through practical applications of cutting-edge research, clear and accessible science communication, and a global network of collaborators, we aim to ensure that advances in science and health can benefit a broader population, rather than remain within the reach of a privileged few.
